Slide Show - A quick and dirty program to display .pict files.

usage:	slideshow [showfile[.slide]]

Where showfile is a list of filenames which represent the
slideshow desired. The order of the filenames in the
showfile dictates the order they will be shown during the
slide show. Only the filename is needed, the path name is
assumed to be the same as that of the showfile. If no
showfile is specified a file menu will appear and allow the
user to select the correct file.

Keyboard support:
The left and right cursor keys are used to move through the
slide show. Use the left key to move back, and the right to
move forward. By pressing the space bar, the user can
select a background colour. The ESC key will quit the
program. The Return/Enter key will iconify the program.

Mouse support:
Use the SELECT button to move back, and the MENU button to
move forward. The ADJUST button will toggle the mouse from
its normal state to a 'hidden' state.

Known problems:
Due to a problem with the Picture() call you cannot have a
slideshow which only has one entry. To create a slideshow
with only one picture, duplicate the one picture and make a
showfile with 2 entries.
